A grand design for the entrance of this Kingsburg home

The design for this piece was inspired from an old sea compass. Imagine your favorite sailboat in place of the seagull or perhaps a flower, abstract shape or anything else you can dream up - we will do it!

This design is the first thing you see as you enter the kitchen

The cabinets where distressed by using pine and layering two paint colors. The first layer shows though the second translucent color. The tiles where picked to give the feel of beach sand, then random darker tiles where used on the backsplash to compete the look.

This counter top was made with one foot square ceramic tiles and birch banding on the outside. The counter has two levels, one for preparing meals and the other, a curved surface, on which to enjoy a tasty lunch.
